Alex completed her traineeship at Family Services Agency Burbank (FSA), a nonprofit mental health center that serves Burbank and surrounding Los Angeles communities. At FSA, she worked with clients dealing with relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, loss, and trauma.
At Renewed Relationships Counseling Group, Alex works with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy to help them stop negative patterns and create a more connected relationship. Alex works with individuals to work through issues impacting their relationships and life to make positive shifts that increase happiness and wellbeing.
